About the job
Spend your summer turning technical knowledge into tools that help data center teams work with confidence.
As a Knowledge Management and Training Project Intern, you will support the Technical Services team in Austin. You will help build clear documentation, training materials and knowledge resources for data center engineering environments.
You will work with engineers, operational teams and subject matter experts to turn complex information into usable guidance. Your work will help colleagues understand current processes, onboard faster and apply information with confidence.
This is a 12-week, full-time summer internship, planned for May to August. You will own defined project tasks with guidance, feedback and support from experienced team members.
You will gain practical experience in documentation, training content, knowledge systems and project coordination.
The team and culture
You will work with a team that supports the infrastructure used to develop and test the next generation of AI systems. Work happens through clear briefs, expert input, structured reviews and regular feedback.
You will be trusted to organize information, ask useful questions and improve how knowledge is shared. Decisions are made through accuracy, clarity, user feedback and alignment with the right subject matter experts.
The team values people who think big, act fast, take responsibility and speak up. As an intern, you will build confidence by helping technical teams make complex information easier to use.
