Junior Risk Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Risk Analyst to join the Risk team at Super and gain hands-on experience within a live betting operation. In this role, you will be directly involved in monitoring live bets and sportsbook activity, analysing betting trends, line movements, and exposure in real time. The position offers a strong foundation for developing analytical and decision-making skills in sports betting risk management, working closely with trading, technical, and data-driven teams. What the role involves

Monitor live bets, betting markets, and sportsbook activity in real time, identifying trends, exposure levels, and unusual betting behaviour.

Analyse customer betting patterns and market movements to support trading and risk decisions.

Help minimise unwanted exposure and support balancing of odds and markets.

Escalate real-time betting or market issues and work closely with Senior Risk Analysts.

Document betting activity and prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports.

Analyse key markets, events, and customers to identify vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.

Follow worldwide sporting events and in-play developments affecting betting markets.

What we are looking for

Experience in sports betting and understanding of betting platforms and markets.

Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal English.

Highly organised with ability to prioritise in a live environment.

Collaborative approach with trading, technical and data teams.

Flexibility to work live betting hours.

Proactive attitude toward learning sportsbook operations and customer risk management.
