This is a hybrid role and will be expected to work out of the Boston, MA office at least 3 days per week.

Tines is looking for an experienced IT Operations Technician to join us on a full-time basis. This Tino will be reporting into our IT Manager based in Boston, MA.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing expert level IT operations support to all internal key business partners

Administering a wide variety of Cloud platforms, including Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack Enterprise Grid, Jira, and AWS

Manage all IT logistics services for the US region, including purchasing of equipment, inventorying and shipping, and IT asset lifecycle management

Evaluating all IT operations services and identifying opportunities to automate workflows using the Tines platform

Developing and executing projects aimed at enhancing IT service delivery at Tines

IT endpoint management using our MDM platform (JumpCloud)

Dealing with local technology vendors and customer success managers as required

Act as a point of contact with external support teams across our suite of enterprise applications for integrations and general application support

Engage and collaborate with key internal stakeholders assisting with integration and automation initiatives on platforms that they manage

Comfortable supporting AV room technology, including Zoom rooms and various conference room end points

Comfortable doing first level troubleshooting on IT office infrastructure such as structured cabling networks, routing & switching, and WiFi access points and controllers

What you bring with you:

5-8 years experience in an IT Operations role working on enterprise grade cloud platforms

Experience working in IT Operations support, with a keen interest in identifying root causes and implementing scalable solutions

Expert level knowledge of MacOS

Familiarity with other core enterprise applications such as HR platforms

Comfortable when using MacOS terminal command-line, and performing log analysis across different platforms

Experience working autonomously, knowing when to escalate, and prioritizing competing work intake pipelines

Excellent analytical & time management skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively with peers and business partners

Excellent written and verbal English skills

Familiarity with key IT processes such as Incident management, Change management, and Release management

An automation mindset to help us scale all of these duties.

Target Annual Compensation: $95-115k salary + equity
