Own licensing, tenant configuration, and governance policies for the M365 environment.

Support audio/visual and conference room technology at LINQ office locations.

IT Operations & Support

Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, setting priorities, managing workloads, and fostering a culture of service excellence.

Own the IT helpdesk function; ticket management, SLAs, escalation paths, and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain IT runbooks, standard operating procedures, and asset documentation.

Manage IT vendor relationships, contract renewals, and the IT operating budget.

Security & Compliance

Collaborate with the Security team to enforce endpoint security standards, respond to IT-related security incidents, and maintain compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to IT risk management, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Demonstrated experience managing IT for a fully remote or distributed workforce.

Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and automated joiner/mover/leaver provisioning.

Experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune, JAMF, or similar) and patch management workflows.

Working knowledge of IT security best practices, including zero-trust principles and endpoint compliance.

Strong communication skills; able to translate technical issues into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage and prioritize a team's workload in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
