Bloomreach has best-in-class customer and product data, and as our Revenue Operations team continues to evolve, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support and help scale our next phase of growth.
In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the Revenue Operations team and EMEA Sales stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, actionable insights, and operational support. You will work across multiple data sources to help drive visibility into performance, improve processes, and enable data-driven decision making across the business.
What you’ll do
Support data analysis across multiple systems to help inform decision-making for Bloomreach’s Sales teams
Assist Revenue Operations leaders in partnering with EMEA Sales stakeholders to track performance against key targets
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports to ensure timely and accurate visibility into business metrics
Deliver recurring reporting and insights to cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance)
Support the execution of Revenue Operations initiatives and projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
Identify data inconsistencies or process gaps and proactively suggest improvements
Contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
What you’ll bring
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar roles
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization/reporting tools
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and familiarity with tools like Clari is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear insights
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Good communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
Proactive and curious, with a desire to learn and improve processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
