Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented International Accounting Manager to oversee global accounting operations and support the company's expanding international footprint. This role will lead multi-entity global consolidations, ensure accurate intercompany accounting and eliminations across multiple international jurisdictions, and partner closely with local finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Things You Get To Do:
Global Accounting & Consolidations
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual multi-entity global consolidations
Ensure accurate intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations across global subsidiaries
Review and analyze consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules
Manage foreign currency translation, consolidation adjustments, and CTA accounting
Maintain accurate records of cross-border transactions and intercompany balances
Support the global month-end and year-end close processes
International Entity Support
Support accounting operations and statutory compliance across entities in the United States, Canada, Bahamas, United Kingdom, Japan, Spain, Singapore, India, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Coordinate with local accounting firms, auditors, tax advisors, and consultants
Partner with regional finance teams to ensure timely month-end close and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and applicable local accounting standards and regulations
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses
Support internal and external audits across global entities
Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory filings
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation
Process Improvement & Systems
Identify opportunities to automate and improve international accounting processes
Support ERP implementations, migrations, and financial systems optimization
Enhance consolidation, reporting, and close processes to improve scalability and efficiency
Develop standardized accounting procedures across international entities
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, Legal, Operations, and People teams on international business initiatives
Support global expansion efforts, including new entity setup, acquisitions, and operational integration
Provide accounting guidance on international transactions, entity structures, and business initiatives
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification preferred
8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant international accounting experience
Strong expertise in multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting
Experience supporting accounting operations across multiple global jurisdictions
Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience strongly preferred
Experience working with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials)
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial reporting capabilities
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment
Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves):
Public accounting experience (Big Four or national firm preferred)
Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies
Familiarity with statutory reporting requirements across North America, EMEA, and APAC
Experience with ERP implementations, accounting system migrations, or finance transformation initiatives
Experience with consolidation software (e.g., OneStream, BlackLine, FloQast, or similar)
Knowledge of SOX controls and internal control frameworks
Experience supporting international expansion and new legal entity launches
