Intern, CEO Office
Your Mission
This is a hands-on individual contributor role in the CEO Office. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you operate at group level, driving the most consequential, cross-cutting special projects across the company rather than running a single function. You do the thinking and the building yourself, with the autonomy and senior exposure that comes with it.
What You’ll be Doing
Support with the CEO's and Chief of Staff's most important priorities, turning them into clear plans, decisions, and outcomes.
Participate in high-impact strategic projects end-to-end across the Group, from problem framing to delivered results.
Bring structured analysis, scenario modelling, and sharp recommendations to the Group's biggest strategic initiatives.
Be the person leadership can hand an ambiguous problem to with little context, and trust to structure it, own it, and return with a clear recommendation.
Create presentations, reports, forecasts, and financial models to support both internal and external stakeholders in strategic decision-making
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades.
First experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development / M&A, or a comparable role within a high-growth fintech or technology company.
Highly adaptable problem-solver, you take on any task, juggle multiple high-priority workstreams, and find a way to get them done.
A builder's mindset, comfortable creating structure where none exists and standing up a new workstream from a blank page.
High discretion and strong interpersonal skills, you handle sensitive, confidential topics with sound judgement and build trusted relationships across the organisation with empathy.
