As an Inside Sales Consultant you will be responsible for converting inbound leads and free trial users to paying customers.
You will be energetic, driven, and passionate about empowering small businesses to grow. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll be tasked with converting warm leads into loyal customers by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, advising, and selling small businesses our best-in-class online marketing platform.
As an Inside Sales Consultant in the APAC region, you will work in an environment with the feel of a startup, but the stability of a global organisation. You will be converting warm leads into paying customers by coaching, advising, and selling businesses our best-in-class online marketing platforms.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Brisbane office 3 days a week
What You'll Do:
Work with free trial prospects in converting them into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls
Inspire small business owners, entrepreneurs and marketers in the APAC region to grow their businesses with our continually evolving suite of digital marketing solutions
Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to determine how to best help prospects based on their needs and marketing challenges
Close business with new customers on a daily basis.
Who You Are:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience as an SDR or Inside Sales Rep.
Motivated by a fast sales cycle.
A strong commercial drive and hunger to win new business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Driven by KPIs and goals.
Passionate about helping small businesses succeed.
Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of Email Marketing platforms preferred.
