About the role

Grüns is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager, International to build and run our creator engine across EMEA, Americas (outside the USA) and APAC. This is a relationship-first influencer marketing role. You'll spend 75% of your time building deep partnerships with mid-tier and premium creators who can deliver authentic, converting content — and 25% seeding new markets with outreach systems and discovery. Success looks like creators who know and like you, not a bloated cold database.

Location:

While this role is part of our global remote HQ, we feel a candidate based in or around Europe will be most successful in this role.

The team members you’ll be working with most closely are across multiple time zones, so we ask that you are comfortable working a way that allows for some overlap in working hours to collaborate.

More generally, we operate in a fully remote, high trust environment with teammates across multiple countries and time zones. While we work async by default, we come together in person twice a year for offsites that help us connect, align, and build real relationships IRL.

In this role, you will:

Creator relationships (75%): Source, negotiate, and manage 100+ mid-tier and premium creators per market per year — outreach, contracts, usage rights, briefing, content review, and ongoing relationship nurturing across multiple countries

Seeding and discovery (25%): Identify 1,000+ potential creators per market and month using StoryClash, Saral, or similar tools; feed top leads into the relationship funnel; leverage automation as your active partner base scales

Whitelisting and paid amplification: Surface high-performing creator content, secure white listing and usage rights for paid media ads, and coordinate with the Paid Media team to test and scale assets

CAC and performance ownership: Report on spend, CAC, new customer attribution, and content performance by creator, market, and tier — tie influencer programs to revenue, positive ROAS and LTV/CAC ratios and not awareness

Local playbook building: Document what works by market; build localized briefs, compliance guardrails, creator tier definitions, and GTM approaches

We're looking for someone who:

4–7+ years scaling paid influencer programs across at least 2 International markets; Germany or UK or Canada or Australia required

Full P&L ownership: sourcing through performance optimization, with specific CAC targets and content benchmarks you can speak to

Performance-obsessed: you know the difference between reach and quality, can explain ROAS vs. CAC vs. LTV

Hands-on relationship builder: you've negotiated usage rights, written briefs, and reviewed content — not just managed a database

Comfortable with ambiguity: you build the process while running campaigns, not after

AI-curious: you use automation to handle the repetitive so you can focus on relationships and strategy

Approach to the role:

Local first mindset with repeatable systems: cultural nuance without chaos

Performance driven: creative is fun, but the scoreboard is CAC, new customers, and content efficiency

Strong operator: timelines, contracts, usage rights, briefs, tracking, and follow ups are airtight

Collaborative: works smoothly with Brand, Paid, Retail, Creative, Compliance, and Analytics

Fast learner: builds the playbook while running campaigns, not after

Compensation & Benefits:

At Grüns, we are committed to offering a competitive total compensation package grounded in market data and aligned to our size, stage, industry, and geographic location. Compensation for this role will be benchmarked to the local market and may vary based on experience and country of hire. In addition to base compensation roles include a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
