Who are we?

HubSpot is a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform for scaling companies. Tens of thousands of customers all over the world use our marketing, sales, and customer success software to grow their businesses. It's our mission to not just help them grow, but to help them grow better.

At HubSpot, we believe that our values live in our hearts, not our hallways. We want to build a company where people feel empowered to do their best work, wherever they are. Our ANZ office is located in Sydney’s CBD but this role offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement. Applicants must be based in Australia's East Coast.

Role Summary

Our mission at HubSpot is to help millions of organizations grow better. The Inbound Success Coach (ISC) plays a critical role at the beginning of that journey—engaging with prospective customers, addressing their questions, and identifying potential sales opportunities.

You'll work with a high volume of inbound demand across chat, phone, and web channels, helping businesses understand how HubSpot can support their goals. This is an entry-level role designed to build foundational sales skills—including customer conversations, qualification, and pipeline creation—with a structured transition into the Sales Development Representative (SDR) role based on business need and performance.
