Responsibilities:

Partners closely with business leaders to understand issues in the department and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance when appropriate, including but not limited to on/off boarding, performance, promotion, potential, disciplinary cases and employee disputes;

Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;

Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;

Executes and implements people policies to the business unit assigned;

Maintains in-depth working knowledge of legal manpower regulations, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required;

Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs;

Analyzes data trends and metrics in partnership with the HR COE teams to develop solutions, programs and policies;

Participates in evaluation and monitoring of people programs to ensure success;

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as HRBP or Employee Relations role;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;

Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies;

Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors;

Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must.
