About the Position:

We are seeking an innovative, trusted Sr. HR Business Partner driven to help our people and business grow. This role supports several of Netskope's Product, G&A, IT, Finance, and Security functions. Each team is lean, specialized, and structured uniquely, requiring an HRBP who can flex across multiple client groups and partner with leaders who often wear multiple hats.

Develop and implement proactive solutions across key People initiatives: aligning strategy, driving transparent communication, and enabling client groups to perform at their best. Org design is a core part of this role: you will be the go-to partner for team structure, span of control, role scoping, and reporting lines. You will blend high-trust business partnership with hands-on execution, acting as the connective tissue between your client groups and the broader People team. We’ve adopted an Human Guided, AI Native mindset to support business leaders and organizations with people strategy. Innovation and curiosity are critical in a culture that values agility and continuous improvement.

Moving at our pace brings real change, complexity, and a bit of ambiguity. The right person for this role is resilient and resourceful in the face of that, treats change as something to work with, and brings their own critical thought and point of view.

Responsibilities:

Build trusted partnerships with Product, G&A, IT, Finance, and Security leadership; understand team dynamics and navigate performance management, promotions, leveling, and employee relations with sound judgment.

Advise leaders on team structure, span of control, role scoping, as these functions grow, take on new scope, or reorganize.

Coach leaders on effectiveness, team dynamics, and change management as teams grow and reorganize.

Champion a 'Human Guided, AI Native' approach by leveraging AI as a force multiplier to accelerate program delivery and synthesize complex people data, ensuring that high-value human judgment and critical business partnership remain the core of every initiative.

Synthesize People data, including engagement surveys, performance cycles, attrition signals, and headcount trends, into actionable insights for leadership.

Drive core talent programs from performance cycles and calibrations to manager enablement, right-sizing them to each function to enforce high performance standards and growth clarity across Product, G&A, IT, Finance, and Security.

Liaise between client groups and the broader People team, translating company-wide programs into meaningful actions for specific functions.

Identify risks and friction points using People insights and organizational data to inform decision making.

Build frameworks and repeatable processes that improve consistency across smaller functions.

Drive organizational shifts and growth with a structured change management approach: aligning plans, systems, and communications to ensure seamless transitions and adoption.

Requirements:

Strategic Org Design and Execution: 6 to 8+ years of HRBP experience driving hands-on organizational design including role scoping, span of control, and team structures, paired with an operator mindset that translates business strategies into well-executed reorgs and core People programs

Business and Data Acumen: Business-first analytical approach with a proven ability to leverage People data and AI tools as productivity multipliers to synthesize insights, build compelling business cases, and align HR strategy directly to company goals.

Executive Influence and Credibility: Demonstrated strong ability to influence senior leaders and build deep organizational trust through strong follow-through and transparent communication.

Enterprise Perspective and Alignment: Ability to balance the unique needs of your specific business teams with overall company standards, partnering closely with our COE's to keep things consistent.

Agility and Problem Solving: Bias toward action and speed of execution, approaching complex business challenges with an innovative and resourceful mindset that prioritizes continuous momentum over perfection.

AI-native Mindset: Human-guided approach to using AI as a force multiplier for productivity, data synthesis, and insight generation.

Education:

Bachelor Degree preferred.
