Head of Reseller & Embedded Solutions
About The Position:
We are looking for an exceptional, entrepreneurial Head of Reseller & Embedded Solutions spearhead and scale our indirect sales, embed, and reseller partner programs from the ground up. In this high-impact, strategic individual contributor role, you will be responsible for driving core business outcomes across our global partner channels, converting standard referral relationships into deep, revenue-generating commercial alliances.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will serve as the commercial partner leader responsible for identifying, pitching, structuring, and closing reseller and platform-embedded agreements. You will work in close lockstep with our Senior Director of Integrations and product teams to demonstrate our platform’s embedded capabilities, showing prospective partners how integrating G-P's platform fills critical product gaps and unlocks immediate revenue streams.
What You Will Do:
Drive Indirect GTM Strategy & Revenue: Take full commercial ownership of our embed and reseller motions, building a high-performing channel strategy that drives significant revenue growth exceeding traditional direct sales channels.
Build & Scale Partner Alliances: Partner with internal Partner Business Managers (PBMs) to take warm leads, establish high-level executive relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and formalize reseller and embed program agreements.
Define Joint Value Propositions: Create, articulate, and pitch compelling joint value propositions that show alliance partners (such as HCMs, Payroll providers, and Tax/Advisory firms) how embedding G-P's platform enhances their core product offering and drives mutual commercial success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Senior Director of Integrations to present staged, fully embedded workflows to prospective partners, bridging the gap between technical integration capability and commercial value creation.
Establish Channel Frameworks: Develop scalable frameworks for reseller terms, channel support, revenue-share models, and joint go-to-market execution plans.
Pipeline & Success Tracking: Take accountability for signing strategic partners and ensuring their long-term commercial activation, targeting at least five high-impact reseller/embed partners in your first year.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of progressive sales, channel, or strategic partnerships leadership experience within enterprise SaaS.
Demonstrated track record of successfully building, scaling, and closing complex indirect GTM, reseller, or platform-embedded partnership programs from scratch or early stages.
Deep domain expertise within HR Tech, EOR (Employer of Record), HCMs, or Tax & Advisory partner ecosystems.
Strong technical fluency; comfortable discussing APIs, deep-linking, embedded workflows, platform integrations, and MCP servers with product teams and partner executives (no hands-on technical execution required).
Proven ability to negotiate and structure complex, multi-million-dollar commercial software deals and revenue-share models.
Exceptional executive presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience building reseller or embed motions within leading global HR Tech, EOR, or enterprise advisory networks (e.g., Workday, Deel, Rippling, Gusto, ADP, BambooHR, or SoftwareONE).
Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global remote-first software company.
Proven ability to navigate early-stage program ambiguity as an individual contributor before building out a supporting team.
The annual gross fixed pay range for this position is $210,400.00 -$263,000.00 plus variable compensation.
