Global Mobility Associate - 1 year fixed term contract
About The Position:
We are seeking a Global Mobility Associate to join our global team and support day-to-day immigration compliance, visa processing, and mobility operations. Sitting between frontline administrative handling and specialized compliance, this role focuses on operational execution.
You will serve as a key operational point of contact—managing ticketing queues, reviewing compliance, assisting with visa applications and renewals, and supporting local HR teams and the Sr. Manager, Global Mobility.
Please note this is a one year fixed term contract, with an immediate start.
What You Will Do:
Inquiry & Ticketing Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for global mobility and visa queries via ticketing boards (Jira/Zendesk), escalating complex cases to the Sr. Manager, Global Mobility or local partners as needed.
Compliance & Right-to-Work: Conduct bi-annual country card compliance reviews, perform right-to-work checks across international locations, and ensure all visa applications and renewals remain fully compliant.
Visa & Advisory Support: Assess viable visa options based on information provided by the global team, assist local HR with visa requests, and participate in calls with customers and key stakeholders.
Operations & Administration: Manage invoice reviews for external immigration partners, handle daily administrative tasks for the Sr. Manager, Global Mobility, and maintain accurate records in internal mobility databases.
Immigration Research: Actively monitor, research, and stay up to date with evolving international immigration updates and compliance changes.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years of direct experience in immigration-related matters and visa processing.
Proven experience managing ticketing systems (e.g., Jira or Zendesk) and maintaining HR/mobility databases.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to conduct right-to-work checks and maintain strict compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience coordinating with external immigration vendors and processing vendor invoices.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience supporting cross-functional teams and local HR partners.
Proactive approach to tracking global mobility trends and regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in high-volume, administrative environments
