About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Head of Operations to lead and scale our operational footprint in Germany, one of Eucalyptus's largest and fastest-growing markets, at a scale that few operators ever get to work at.

This is an execution-first leadership role at the core of the German business. You'll be the operational right-hand to the General Manager, owning the systems, processes, and teams that allow us to grow without compromising on quality, safety, or patient care.

What you'll own

You'll lead an organisation of 20+ people across two core operational functions:

Patient Operations

Own the end-to-end patient experience across support, medical, and coaching touchpoints. You'll set and hold the bar on SLAs, drive resolution quality, and ensure our patients consistently receive a seamless, high-trust experience at scale.

Clinical Operations

Oversee clinical operations performance, ensuring quality and safety scale alongside growth. You'll proactively manage headcount, capacity planning, and clinical workflows, building processes that hold up as volume increases.

Beyond these two pillars, you'll:

Own delivery against all core operational KPIs, not just reporting on them, but moving them

Build the rituals, reporting cadences, and stakeholder communication that drive focus and accountability across the org

Use data to identify bottlenecks early, diagnose root causes, and prioritise the highest-leverage interventions

Design and iterate on the operational systems and tooling that enable the team to scale without linear effort

Act as a senior voice in cross-functional decisions, representing operations in product, commercial, and clinical conversations

About you

Skills and experience

7–12 years in high-growth, operational environments (e.g. healthtech, D2C, marketplace, logistics)

You've directly owned and moved a core KPI, not just contributed to it

Proven track record of scaling operations through step-changes in business size

Hands-on operator: equally comfortable in the detail and in the strategic conversation

Experience leading teams of ~10–30 people, with a track record of developing high-performers

Highly analytical: you use data to identify signal, not just to report it, comfortable building dashboards, interrogating metrics, and pressure-testing assumptions

Experienced with operational and clinical tooling (CRM, support platforms, workflow automation, reporting infrastructure)

Fluent in English; German is an advantage but not a requirement

Behaviours and attitudes

You act like an owner: full accountability for outcomes, high bar for yourself and your teams

You're execution-first: you move from problem to solution quickly, with a bias for impact over perfection

You scale through systems and people: you build processes and teams that compound, not ones that rely on heroics

You're calm in complexity: you bring structure and prioritisation in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

You're patient-obsessed: you understand that operational excellence and a great patient experience aren't trade-offs
