GTM Integration Engineer II

What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on guidance and support to clients during the implementation of ZoomInfo's products within their internal systems.

Maintain a clear understanding of application integrations within CRM/MAT environments, particularly for Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, and the ZoomInfo platform.

Engage in clear dialogue with clients to customize the ZoomInfo integration implementation, ensuring the solution aligns with client business needs.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving more complex integration issues.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Document and review integration processes and client requirements.

What You Bring:

3-5 years of experience in Technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, or Sales Acceleration platform.

Certification and/or familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus.

Advanced understanding of ZoomInfo RevOS Platforms.

Working knowledge of at least 3-5 platforms/products that integrate with ZoomInfo, with advanced knowledge of at least 1-3 of these platforms/products.

Supervision

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

Requires some coaching and leverages internal networks to resolve most issues. Has an understanding of what issues need to be escalated but may require assistance in doing so.

Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Builds productive internal and external working relationships and completes technical implementation of ZoomInfo products.
