About the Role:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own Kikoff's paid social acquisition, with a primary focus on Google. This role is responsible for helping achieve Kikoff’s company targets, including customer acquisition, CAC, and ROAS goals via precise channel management and ownership. You will manage the Google ads channel end-to-end, focusing on initiatives and projects such as:

Campaign execution and ad creation

Optimizations including bidding, budget, and strategic adjustments based on performance

Creative testing

Attribution and incremental measurement

This role is cross-functional in nature — you will work very closely with creative and data teams to drive profitable growth and help advance the channel.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on Google Ads experience with strong analytical instincts and a track record of scaling paid social efficiently at meaningful spend levels.

What you’ll do:

Serve as the owner of Google Ads channel, managing all campaigns with full accountability for CAC, ROAS, and conversion volume targets

Make weekly budget allocation decisions across campaigns, audiences, and placements based on performance data, marginal efficiency, and expected incremental return

Synthesize performance across Google Ads Manager, AppsFlyer, and internal backend reporting to surface insights, flag attribution discrepancies, and make optimization decisions grounded in the full measurement picture

Partner with Kikoff's in-house creative team to help brief concepts, prioritize pitches, and test/iterate on new ads to proactively identify creative wins/losses and ultimately mitigate the risk of creative fatigue

Design and execute on Google's experimentation roadmap, including A/B tests and incrementality tests, paying careful attention to test design while partnering closely with data science to ensure cross-functional alignment

Produce weekly channel performance reports for leadership: Trends, prior week comparisons, and strategic recommendations

Build spend forecasts and acquisition plans that accurately project CAC, volume, and revenue outcomes across Google's platforms

Identify opportunities to incorporate AI tooling and automations into your daily workflow as the Google channel manager

Own the day-to-day relationship with contacts at Google, working directly with account reps on escalations, new beta opportunities, measurement guidance, and other initiatives

Who you are:

4+ years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition, with the majority of time spent on paid social

Ideally, deep hands-on Google Ads expertise at scale: You have managed six-figure+ monthly budgets and are comfortable owning the full campaign lifecycle independently

Strong grasp of mobile attribution: An understanding of how platform-reported metrics relate to backend/MMP data, iOS vs. Android differences, and how to navigate attribution complexity in optimization decisions

Experience with incrementality testing and A/B experimentation — you are familiar with crafting test designs and reading out results

Comfortable working with large datasets; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

Clear, confident communicator who can translate channel performance into leadership-ready insights and recommendations

Background in fintech, consumer subscription, or D2C is a plus

Base Range

$135,000—$157,000 USD
