About the role:

As Global Service Line Lead, you'll spearhead Sales, Delivery, and Enablement initiatives, serving as the go-to authority within Roboyo on priorities and operational strategies for your practice. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership team to elevate our performance and drive innovation in the ever-evolving landscape of Agentic Automation Engineering, which at its core is the engineering discipline focused on designing and building an organization’s execution fabric.

Key areas of responsibility:

General:

· Collaborate with other Global Service Line Leads and CBOs to cohesively integrate the service offerings incorporating all elements from your service line

· Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the practice, integrate your service line with Roboyo’s strategy to adopt AI accelerated services

· Serve as an external-facing ambassador for the Roboyo brand, promoting specific IP and thought leadership

· Channel and integrate requests from other parts of the organization into the Service Line (such as Delivery, Sales, HR or IT)

· Escalate critical issues and risks concerning your practice to the C-level

Sales & Go-to Market:

· Maintain “offer shelf” aligned to the AI & Agentic pivot (Offering decks, demos, accelerators, reference architectures, pricing guidance).

· Intervene directly in pre-sales for high-stakes or highly innovative situations

· Be the gatekeeper for sales/margin and project governance in larger Agentic Automation Engineering proposals

· Act as single point of contact for Partner relationship management on global topics for UI Path + Other vendors focused on automation – e.g. n8n – (product strategy, go-to-market & pricing strategy)

Innovation and Intellectual Property:

· Integrate market inputs and client context to define new propositions: develop and enhance the practice’s offering materials and packages for Sales and GTM activities

· Mobilize resources for global initiatives/internal projects to turn best-in-class delivery artefacts into assets/IP used as delivery accelerators or function/industry specific proof points

· Translate advancements in technology into differentiators for our clients as well as our own people (e.g. vibe coding, automated test/QA)

Structure and Nurture Competencies

· Lead a community to foster and promote best practice and knowledge sharing across regions, ensuring high quality assurance in our internal team enablement including L&D program development

· Anchor formal and informal upskilling pathways for and maintain certification depth of our automation engineering team

· Support global demand and capacity planning for your service line including proactive “bench-time offering”

· Provide constructive feedback on the individual contributions to your global practices as part of our careers framework, acting as tollgate for key hires and promotions

Qualifications & Experience:

· Strong background in Automation Engineering utilizing agentic automation platforms i.e UI Path, PowerAutomate, n8n. Additional experience in Test Automation is preferred.

· Proven track record in running and driving practices/service lines in a Professional Services company

· Strong commercial awareness with a track record of sales and pre-sales engineering

· Proven track record in leading development projects with CICD/SDLC/Agile principles

· Demonstrable experience in developing AI led strategy solutions and adoption, focused on tangible client outcomes

· Experience in Product and Solution development in aligned Industry verticals and/or business functions

Language:

· Native or C2 proficiency in English

Travel Requirement:

· Willingness to travel as required
