Global Benefits and Leave Analyst
About the position:
We're looking for a Global Benefits & Leave Analyst to join Netskope's Global Employee Growth, Benefits & Well-being team. This team designs and delivers the programs that support employees through life's most important moments, from the day they join Netskope through every stage of their career, and helps make Netskope an employer of choice around the world. In this role, you'll independently own Netskope's global leave of absence program, partnering with vendors, internal stakeholders, and employees directly to make sure people get accurate, timely support exactly when they need it. You'll be well suited to this role if you like working independently, can navigate ambiguity across multiple countries' benefits and leave regulations, and want ownership over programs that have a direct, personal impact on people's lives.
Job Responsibilities
Own the administration of benefits programs for an assigned portfolio of countries, ensuring programs run accurately and in compliance with local requirements
Administer Netskope's global leave of absence program, guiding employees and people leaders through leave processes from request through return to work
Research and interpret local regulatory requirements, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and flagging compliance risks proactively
Identify and lead process improvements, including new country benefits implementations
Serve as a partner to Netskope's Latin America organization, providing benefits support and communications in Spanish
Manage day-to-day relationships with regional vendors and brokers, including communications and issue resolution
Partner with the Global Benefits Program Manager to help bring Netskope's international benefits strategy to life
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
2-3 years experience in a global organization
Experience administering employee benefits programs, ideally including exposure to more than one country
Experience administering leave of absence programs (or comparable regulatory/compliance-driven process)
Business-level fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing complex, deadline-driven processes with a high degree of independence
Experience partnering directly with HR partners, vendors, brokers, or external administrators
Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Working knowledge of Workday HRIS
Experience supporting LATAM employee populations or Spanish-speaking markets
Familiarity with benefits and leave regulations across EMEA and/or LATAM countries
Prior experience in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with a geographically distributed team
Education & Travel Expectations
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus.
This is a fully remote position with very limited travel.

Compensation:
At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below, and applies to candidates based in European Union (EU) member states, in local currency. This range is provided in accordance with EU pay transparency requirements.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.
In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed upon request.
Salary Range
€46.000—€75.000 EUR
