Who You Are:

BE or BC in the state you are applying

Licensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice Licensure.

Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State you are applying.

Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness.

Excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
