Compass Health Center is seeking a board-certified Addictions Psychiatrist to join our team in Chicago, IL.

We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist who is passionate about addressing the current nationwide behavioral health crisis, while leading interdisciplinary treatment teams within an organization that is redefining the standard of comprehensive PHP/IOP care. What You'll Do

Provide psychiatric care to patients enrolled in PHP and IOP at Chicago location.

Supporting the Chicago location within the Mental Health and Substance Use/Dual Diagnosis program

Meet or exceed established RVU, encounter, and treatment-day benchmarks.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning consistent with current evidence-based practice.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and document all patient contact in the clinical record.

Participate in Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, and professional development activities.

Who You Are

Addictions fellowship and/or Board certified in Addictions Psychiatry preferred

BE or BC in Illinois

Licensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice Licensure

Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Illinois

Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness

Excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
