Gaming Commercial Manager
As a Gaming Commercial Partnerships Manager, you'll join the Gaming Commercial Partnerships team, which sits at the center of Super's gaming growth strategy, shaping how the business collaborates with content providers, platform partners, and technology suppliers across global regulated markets. You'll own the commercial relationship and negotiation strategy for a portfolio of gaming suppliers, translating the team's commercial strategy into concrete supplier agreements, renewals, and performance outcomes. Working closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and regional leadership teams, this role helps drive strategic partnerships that power innovation, optimize costs, and strengthen Super's market position as it expands across Europe and Latin America.
What the role involves
Own and negotiate commercial agreements (new deals, renewals, amendments) for an assigned supplier portfolio, securing sustainable and competitive terms
Manage strategic relationships with content providers, platform vendors, and technology partners across all markets, acting as the main point of contact and escalation owner for your portfolio
Translate commercial partnership strategy into concrete supplier plans and negotiation positions, identifying growth and cost optimization opportunities in collaboration with Product and regional commercial leads
Oversee contract governance and compliance for your portfolio (KYC, AML, licensing obligations, renewal tracking), working closely with Legal and Compliance
Partner with Finance to ensure invoicing accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies tied to your suppliers
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance data to inform commercial decisions and report on KPIs (effective rate, GGR/NGR concentration, cost efficiency)
Represent Super at industry events and supplier meetings to strengthen strategic relationships
Mentor junior commercial team members and contribute to improving commercial processes, tools, and partnership governance across the team
What we are looking for
5+ years' experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or procurement within gaming or closely related digital entertainment industries
Track record of negotiating commercial agreements independently and delivering measurable revenue growth or cost optimization
Strong understanding of gaming products, player behavior, and market dynamics
Experience working in regulated markets and multi-jurisdiction environments
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial judgement, with the confidence to own relationships end to end without close supervision
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial strategy
Solid understanding of commercial contracts, legal implications, and partnership governance
Comfortable operating with significant autonomy while staying aligned with team and group strategy
