About this Position

We are looking for a Front End AI Engineer who is passionate about building exceptional AI-driven web applications with a strong frontend focus and a keen eye for design. If you are skilled in modern frontend frameworks (such as React or Next.js), comfortable working with LLM integrations, and experienced across the full stack, G-P could be the place for you. You'll be instrumental in designing and delivering high-quality, AI-powered applications that help solve complex global business challenges, while contributing to the G-P Gia’s product.

What You Will Do:

A day in the life of a Front End AI Engineer at G-P involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and AI workflows. You will be contributing to key architectural decisions to ensure responsive and intuitive user interfaces while making sure that user-centered design principles are adhered to. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to drive the product vision, identify user needs, and translate those needs into beautifully designed and impactful features. You will work with backend services using Python, NodeJS, and Go, and leverage cloud infrastructure tools, particularly in AWS.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Expertise in fullstack web development using frameworks like React, Next.js, or TypeScript.

Strong understanding of UX Design, contributing to intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for AI products.

Deep adherence to frontend development UI/UX best practices and a user-centered design approach.

Proven experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock), and vector databases into web applications.

Competence in backend development using Python, NodeJS, or Go, with experience in creating RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.

Experience with building and deploying scalable, production-grade applications.

Ability to manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to cloud platforms.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to balance speed and quality, with ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, focusing on cloud architecture, serverless integrations, and backend infrastructure.

Knowledge of natural language processing for legal or business applications is a plus.

Experience in Product Management or an entrepreneurial mindset is a big plus, especially if you enjoy taking ownership of features and working to identify user needs and translate them into compelling AI solutions.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $117,600 - $147,000 plus variable compensation.
