Monitor platforms and media to identify emerging trends and cultural opportunities.

Translate cultural signals into sharp, actionable insights that inspire creative development.

Partner closely with creative, media, and data teams to shape ideas with cultural relevance.

Bring a creative lens to insights, helping ideas evolve, not just informing them.

Analyze cultural performance within active campaigns and recommend optimizations.

Explore new ways of working, including AI, to expand how insights are generated and applied.

Recommend improvements to insights capture processes and tools.

Background & Skills

5–7 years in trend analysis, research, or strategy (an editorial background is also welcome).

Strong instinct for culture and ideas, with the ability to connect insights to creative output.

Experience working closely with creative teams and contributing to the development of ideas.

Curiosity for emerging technologies, especially AI, as a way to extend thinking and impact.

Ability to merge data from multiple sources into clear, useful insights.

Skilled at working in agile environments with concurrent projects.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
