Franchise Store Designer
The Associate Store Designer supports franchise expansion by delivering high-quality, on-brand store designs through structured processes and strong governance. The role ensures all projects meet global design standards, timelines, and approval requirements, while maintaining full documentation and alignment between design intent and final build.
The job is a full-time role. We expect the start date to be 1st of December.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee 3rd party designers and ensure design packages aligned with Design Manual and Design Hardgates.
Review and acknowledge project kick-offs.
Maintain design timelines and update project trackers.
Safeguard design compliance with design manuals, materials, and concept standards.
Manage design documentation to internal platforms.
Support external designers and franchise partners to ensure correct implementation.
Assist with design audits and ensure alignment between design and final store outcome.
Contribute to maintaining and improving design manuals, tools, and processes.
WHO YOU ARE
An early-career professional ready to apply your developing design and project management skills to franchise store execution.
Someone who takes ownership of defined tasks and delivers accurately, on time, and in line with global standards.
Comfortable handling straightforward design and coordination challenges independently, and confident escalating more complex issues when needed.
