UX Designer

Nexaminds is looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, translate them into thoughtful designs, and improve the overall usability of our products.

Qualifications we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or a related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and design solutions.

Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

Knowledge of usability testing, user research, and information architecture.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Availability to work full-time.

Advanced English proficiency

Nice to have:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or AI-powered products.

Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development.

Job duties:

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Design intuitive and accessible user experiences across web and digital products.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Translate business and user requirements into clear UX solutions.

Identify usability issues and continuously improve existing experiences.

Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX standards.

Present design concepts and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.

Use data, research, and user feedback to validate and iterate on designs.
