Field Marketing Specialist - US

The role, in a nutshell:

We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to support the North America Field Marketing team. This position involves supporting various planning and execution of regional events and campaigns. Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing teams to align efforts with revenue goals, managing vendor relationships, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for working in a high-growth company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Field Execution: Support the development and delivery of regional field marketing programs aligned with North American market priorities. Assist in coordinating localized campaigns, partnerships, and activities to drive brand awareness and generate demand.

Event Management: Assist in planning and executing field marketing events, such as regional trade shows, hosted events and campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of in-person and virtual events.

Operations & Logistics: Manage the inventory, distribution, and logistics of marketing swag for North America Field Programs. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

3+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity. Enjoying working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a must!

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as someone who enjoys collaborating across functions

Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of both physical and virtual events.

Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Nice to have: proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Splash
