Field Marketing Manager
About Eudia
Eudia is revolutionizing legal work through AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, empowering Fortune 500 legal teams to accelerate decision-making, mitigate risk, and drive strategic growth. With $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re crafting a category-defining platform that fuses AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal departments into engines of innovation.
At Eudia, we move fast. Unlike traditional enterprise software companies, our teams ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation.
We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and legal—we’d love to meet you.
About the Team
We hire for M-shaped marketers who take pride in their work, balance deeply analytical thinking with excellent creative taste, and have the confidence to own high-impact projects and ask for help when they need it. Our marketing team’s north star is to continuously build a world-class technology brand, and we’re accountable for driving pipeline, nurturing the market, and enabling our ecosystem. Our audience is small, senior, and difficult to reach through paid channels: Chief Legal Officers, General Counsels, and heads of legal operations at the world’s largest organizations. Events are where we meet them in person, and they are one of our highest-return channels.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own Eudia’s event program across North America and Europe. You will run a calendar of roughly 27 events a year, spanning industry conferences, sponsored summits, executive dinners, and customer roundtables. The role covers everything from selecting which events earn our budget through the follow-up cadence with the field after the last session ends.
This is a builder role. Eudia’s event program is early enough for you to shape how it runs and large enough for the results to show up in the pipeline number every quarter.
What You’ll Do
Own the North America and Europe event calendar end to end, from selection and budgeting through execution and post-event reporting.
Run logistics for every event: venue and vendor contracts, booth design and production, shipping, registration, staffing, collateral, and lead capture.
Lead on-site at flagship events. You handle setup, keep the team on message, and make sure every interaction reflects how we want a General Counsel to experience Eudia.
Design executive-level experiences, including private dinners, CLO roundtables, customer advisory sessions, and hosted receptions alongside major conferences.
Partner with Sales and SDRs on pre-event target lists, meeting scheduling, on-site coverage, and a defined post-event follow-up cadence.
Report event performance against pipeline goals. Track sourced and influenced pipeline, meetings booked, and cost per opportunity, then use the numbers to decide what we repeat and what we drop.
Manage sponsorship packages and hold organizers to contracted benefits, including speaking slots, attendee lists, branding, and passes.
Build pre-show enablement for the field: briefing docs, talk tracks, target account lists, and booth staffing schedules.
Track spend against budget, flag variances early, and keep clean records with Finance.
Manage physical inventory across the program, including booth assets, print collateral, and giveaways.
Research new event opportunities across legal, procurement, and enterprise AI, and make the case for where Eudia should show up next.
What You’ll Bring
4 to 6 years running B2B events at a technology company, with direct ownership of trade shows and field programs.
A track record of tying event spend to pipeline. You know how a sourced opportunity gets attributed and you defend the number in a pipeline review.
Strong project management instincts across many events, vendors, and internal stakeholders at once.
Comfort working with senior executives, both the ones you staff at a booth and the C-level guests you host at dinner.
An execution-first mindset. You stay calm when a shipment goes missing the day before setup.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot or Marketo, plus a project management system like Notion or Asana.
Strong spreadsheet skills for budget tracking and performance reporting.
Willingness to travel up to 30% across the US and Europe, including some weekends, and to handle physical setup of event materials.
A valid passport for international travel.
Helpful but not required: experience marketing to legal, compliance, or procurement buyers, and experience at an early-stage company where you built the program rather than inherited one.
