Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across all three buildings, escalating complex or specialized repairs to the Sr Facilities & Equipment Manager or licensed trade contractors as needed.

Respond promptly to facility work orders and trouble calls submitted through the CMMS/ticketing system, prioritizing safety-critical and production-impacting issues.

Support production continuity by minimizing downtime through timely repairs and proactive identification of equipment or infrastructure issues.

Perform general building repairs, including drywall, painting, flooring, door hardware, ceiling tile, and minor carpentry.

Maintain electrical distribution components at a basic level (lighting circuits, receptacles, breakers) and could support licensed electricians on switchboard, panel, and higher-voltage work.

Inspect and maintain dock doors, dock levelers, overhead doors, and material handling equipment interfaces.

Conduct routine facility walk-throughs/inspections across all three buildings to identify safety hazards, code violations, or maintenance needs.

Support setup, teardown, and reconfiguration of workspaces, equipment layouts, and events as directed.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, PM completion logs, and parts/inventory usage in the CMMS.

Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors on-site (escorting, scope verification, basic oversight) for specialized repairs.

Respond to after-hours emergencies (leaks, power outages, HVAC failures, security/access issues) as part of an on-call rotation.

Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and PPE requirements; report safety concerns immediately.

Support environmental, health & safety (EHS) compliance walk-throughs and corrective actions related to facility conditions.

Assist with seasonal tasks such as grounds upkeep coordination, and severe weather preparedness.

Provide shift hand-off communication to ensure continuity of open work orders and known issues across shift changes.
