Executive Assistant (Temporary Parental Leave Coverage)
As Temporary Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the CEO and other leaders in the executive team. You’ll provide support in meetings, do research for projects, manage schedules, and help optimize workflows. You’ll also coordinate travel logistics, triage meeting requests, and submit expense reports as needed. As a trusted resource for important information and company-wide alignment, you’ll help the executive team draft and distribute internal communications. Above all, you’ll serve as a trusted resource to the executive team as we work to better serve our communities of creators and backers.
This is a temporary, full-time position expected to run from roughly mid November 2026 through the end of March 2027 and not eligible for benefits. Hourly rate: $30-35/hr
Please note that this role requires working outside of working hours and a willingness to check emails on weekends.
In this role, you will:
Take over management of the CEO’s active calendar, with additional calendar support assigned as bandwidth permits.
Provide calendar and administrative support to additional executives for specific events, meetings, and communications.
Work closely and effectively with the team by anticipating needs, proactively identifying solutions, and implementing process improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize calendar management and administrative processes.
Organize and facilitate assigned meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking and distributing meeting notes.
Prepare and submit expense reports for multiple executives (ad hoc).
Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed, including organizing events and offsites, coordinating travel, processing invoices, and supporting occasional work outside of regular business hours.
Provide recruiting support as requested by the People team, including coordinating interviews and calendars across candidates and interview panels and tracking candidate communications.
About You
You have extensive experience supporting a CEO and triaging multiple executives’ calendars and administrative needs, all while maintaining the utmost level of discretion and confidentiality.
You have experience working proactively and autonomously in a dynamic, fluctuating environment. This person should be comfortable pivoting and responding quickly as an executive’s priorities or needs change.
