Manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, own expense reporting, and support meeting and event logistics, adapting quickly as priorities change.
Anticipate executive needs, prioritize time-sensitive requests, and ensure leaders are prepared for upcoming commitments. Use sound judgment to resolve scheduling conflicts, protect focus time, and make appropriate decisions independently.
Manage executive correspondence and scheduling communications, responding to internal and external stakeholders with clarity, professionalism, and discretion.
Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and coordination of projects.
Identify and implement improvements to administrative workflows, using automation and AI tools where appropriate to increase efficiency.
You Have:
10+ years of executive-level administrative support experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously; experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, or other Go-to-Market leaders is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience using automation or AI tools to increase productivity and streamline executive support is a plus.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to learn executive priorities, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment independently, recognizing when to act and when to escalate.
