Performance Governance: Collaborate with global delivery leaders to meet or exceed SLA, CSAT, and NPS targets.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage strategic, operational, compliance, and delivery risks across all account engagements.

Strategic Influence: Cultivate and nurture deep relationships across executive decision-makers to influence strategic initiatives and secure long-term partnerships.

Governance & Alignment: Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), executive steering committees, and joint strategic planning sessions.

Leadership & Global Operations

Global Flexibility & Travel: Mobilize global teams across international time zones and travel approximately 4 times per year (across the US and internationally) as needed to drive executive engagement, align stakeholders, and close key commercial deals.

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of progressive client-facing leadership within technology services, digital transformation, or management consulting.

Proven P&L Success: Demonstrated track record of directly owning and growing a $50M+ annual account P&L with consistent, year-over-year double-digit growth.
