Keeper Security is hiring an Event Marketing Specialist to help lead and manage all aspects of event planning and execution for our marketing team. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our EMEA headquarters in Cork, Ireland.

About the Role

The Event Marketing Specialist will report to the EMEA Events Marketing Manager and be responsible for assisting with all of Keeper’s event marketing initiatives, coordinating closely with our demand generation team, channel marketing team, sales leaders and cross-functional teams to effectively plan, execute and analyse the impact of marketing events.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for corporate, channel and demand generation events, ensuring alignment with Keeper’s strategic goals

Assist with the execution of global Williams Racing F1 sponsorship activations to ensure brand alignment, optimal guest experience and maximum exposure

Collaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to create compelling event materials, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic objectives

Support managing event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, booth design and on-site coordination from conception to completion

Provide end-to-end event marketing support across sales teams, including channel, MSP, public sector and commercial teams as needed, tailoring approaches to meet the needs of each segment

Proactively manage the events list and swag inventory

Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach by stepping in to support various projects as needed to ensure smooth execution

Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support on-site event execution domestically and possibly internationally

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our event marketing strategy

Requirements

3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company

Experience leading large-scale conferences/trade shows (e.g. Infosecurity Europe) and smaller-scale events

Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programmes

Results-driven self-starter who strives for excellence

Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment

Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organisational levels

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for a global audience

Strong business acumen, analytical and detail-oriented

Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

Experience working within the cybersecurity industry

Experience organising events across the EMEA region

Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for event-related lead tracking and follow-up

Experience using project management platforms like Monday.com

Bilingual in Spanish, French or German
