Overview

Storable is seeking an energetic, resilient xDR (Lead Gen) to generate qualified pipeline for an assigned segment through outbound prospecting and disciplined inbound triage.

In this role, you are the crucial first touchpoint for prospective customers. Your goal is to deliver fully qualified, sales-ready opportunities so the receiving seller can seamlessly run the first meeting without having to re-qualify the account. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Executives to drive top-of-funnel velocity.

What You'll Do Every Day

Outbound Prospecting: Run multi-channel outbound sequences (phone, email, social) against the highest-scored accounts in your assigned segment.

Inbound Triage: Triage inbound leads by tier—routing high-intent leads directly to the Sales Executive and existing-customer inbound leads to the account owner.

Rigorous Qualification: Hold live discovery conversations before assigning SQL status. Accurately document pain, fit, timing, and segment data in Salesforce.

Seamless Handoffs: Book first meetings with a complete SQL handoff, ensuring deals are not progressed beyond the first meeting without the assigned seller. Work targeted lists for growth plays (e.g., FMS customers not on Marketplace).

Cross-Functional Feedback: Feed lead-quality insight back to Marketing and RevOps by lead source.

What You Need to Bring

1-2 years of B2B sales or sales development experience, ideally in SaaS.

Strong pipeline generation skills using multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn).

Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) and CRM tools (Salesforce).

Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.

A high degree of resilience, coachability, and a competitive drive to exceed quota.

Bonus Points

Experience in the self-storage, property management, or broader real estate technology sectors.

Familiarity with integrated payments, marketplace solutions, or embedded insurance portfolios.

Training in formal sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler).

Work Authorization

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
