[EU] ICT Incident Manager
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for detecting, addressing, and resolving ICT-related incidents efficiently to minimize operational disruptions.
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies for ICT-related and encryption-related incidents, ensuring efficient and clear reporting.
Responsible for implementation of ICT business continuity or ICT response and recovery plans in the event of activation during a crisis and also regular exercises
Handling encryption-related incidents, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining operational resilience.
Promptly detects, escalates, and documents incidents, coordinating responses to ensure timely resolution and prevent recurrence.
Handle all communication related to incidents and company announcements for EU operations, particularly those with regulatory relevance, maintaining compliance and transparency.
Ensures timely and accurate information dissemination to stakeholders, supporting the organization’s operational and regulatory obligations.
Coordinate and assist in the global ICT Incident and Communication practice
Other tasks and IT duties as assigned by EU CISO
Job Requirements
At least 3-5 year work experience in financial services with deep knowledge in banking regulation (first experience with DORA)
Experience with incident management tools and IT service management (ITSM)
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operations and crypto industry
Have certain projects implementation and management experience
Possess good learning, communication and independent problem-solving abilities
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in German and English mandatory, Mandarin is a plus
This role requires successful candidates to be based in-person in Vienna Headquarter
