BETA Technologies is seeking an Engineering Change Planner to help define the future of flight. You will work with a highly motivated, cross-functional team to bring radical aircraft to production. By bringing innovation to change implementation, you will be a critical part of BETA realizing its aggressive manufacturing goals while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry. This means stepping in and providing an immediate positive impact to BETA in our march to full production.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

Facilitate coordination of new engineering design for aircraft systems

Communicate material and inventory requirements to relevant operations teams

Assist in the coordination of product lifecycle management from product ideation to change implementation within ERP systems

Assist in defining scope and creation of documentation pertaining to change management and implementation

Support procurement and production planning as a change analyst

Use and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capability

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in STEM or Business with a focus in Operations

General understanding of PLM systems such as Smarteam, 3DX, Siemens and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Epicor

Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment, and ability to perform under pressure

Extremely strong communication skills

Strong analytical problem-solving and thought leadership

Skilled in mathematics, specifically in data analysis

Above and Beyond Qualifications:

2+ Years experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment

Engineering background or comparable technical knowledge

Plex ERP Experience

Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth and preferably startup experience

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. $80,000—$95,000 USD
