Director of Field & Partner Marketing at Fingerprint will own the global strategy and execution for pillar events, regional field marketing and alliance partner marketing. This leader will optimize and scale a proven go-to-market engine that integrates ABM, field events, and partner campaigns to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth across enterprise and strategic segments.

You’ll guide a lean but experienced team and a well-established set of field programs. The emphasis will be on optimizing what exists, strengthening strategic alignment with Sales, Demand Generation and Alliance Partners, bringing sharper data-driven discipline to measure influence and ROI, and setting the foundation for future team growth as program impact scales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and acceleration across target industries and segments, in close partnership with the Revenue organization and Demand Generation.

Own programmatic regional events tied to our ABM playbooks. e.g. target-account dinners, regional roundtables, partner-enabled events, corporate hospitality.

Drive brand awareness and generate leads through onsite activations and support of the sales team.

Bring our brand personality to life to engage and entertain our target audience at in-person events.

Analyze, track, and report on event ROI, and MQL metrics.

Collaborate with our marketing creative team to ensure all aspects of our collateral and presence represents the Fingerprint brand.

Partner with our Strategic Alliance partners to build joint demand, co-marketing campaigns, partner event programs and joint ABM motions.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of related marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment

Proven experience building and executing regional field/ABM programs with measurable pipeline/revenue impact

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills: working with sales (regional/global), demand generation, and customer success.

Experience working in partnership marketing: co-marketing with alliance partners, joint campaigns, partner event programs, partner ecosystem engagement.

Data-driven mindset: you should be comfortable defining KPI frameworks, tracking program performance, and optimizing programs based on results.

Excellent communication, planning, and operational skills: able to build processes, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, drive programs end-to-end.

Strong communication skills – written and oral

You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box

Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time

You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data

Capable of standing comfortably for up to eight hours a day, working long hours, and traveling frequently

Be comfortable with traveling during times it’s safe to do so, attending events across the country and abroad.

Experience in remote/distributed team management is a plus (Fingerprint is fully remote).

Role requires proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

For US-based employees, the cash base compensation range for this role is $196,000 – $225,000. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. However, these ranges are specific to the hiring location and may differ within or outside the US. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
