Your Impact on our Mission

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. For nearly two decades, Zocdoc has helped patients find and book the care they need. We’re now extending that mission beyond the Zocdoc marketplace by building the infrastructure that makes access to care easier wherever patients search — including provider websites, health platforms, search engines, AI platforms, and other high-impact distribution channels.

The Director, Business Development, Syndication Partnerships will set and lead Zocdoc’s syndication partnership strategy, owning portfolio-level growth and some of the company’s most strategic partner relationships. This leader will identify where to invest, negotiate and structure complex partnerships, and align executive and cross-functional teams around the highest-impact opportunities. They will be accountable for measurable portfolio outcomes and for building a scalable approach to partner performance and growth. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful influence across Zocdoc. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong commercial instincts and a track record of independently driving results at large, complex organizations. They are equally comfortable defining a long-term partnership vision, negotiating with senior decision-makers, and rolling up their sleeves to solve problems and deliver outcomes.
