About the role

The offshore Delivery Manager owns end-to-end delivery of UiPath engagements, acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, the onshore delivery lead, and the offshore execution team. The role blends UiPath automation delivery oversight with project, people, and commercial management.

DELIVERY PLANNING & GOVERNANCE

Own the delivery plan/roadmap for Test Suite implementation (Test Manager, Test Studio, Robotic Enterprise Framework for testing, App/Web testing, API testing modules).

Define sprint/iteration plans, resource allocation, and milestones across offshore pods.

Track and report status against SOW/contract commitments — scope, timeline, and budget.

Maintain the RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and escalate proactively.

TEAM & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Manage offshore team composition — Test Automation Developers, Test Architects, QA Analysts, Business Analysts.

Allocate work across manual-to-automation conversion, test case design, framework development, and execution.

Own onboarding, upskilling on UiPath Test Suite components, capacity planning, and utilization tracking.

Coordinate with the client's UiPath Center of Excellence (COE) where one exists.

CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Act as the primary offshore point of contact for client IT/QA leadership.

Run steering committee updates, status calls, and reporting across time zones.

Manage expectations on defect rates, automation coverage %, and ROI/time-saved metrics.

Handle scope changes and change requests (CRs), coordinating commercial conversations with the account/presales team.

QUALITY & TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT

Ensure adherence to test automation frameworks, coding/naming standards, and reusable component libraries.

Oversee test coverage strategy — regression suites, CI/CD integration (Test Manager with Jenkins/Azure DevOps), and defect triage.

Oversee UAT support, environment/data readiness, and Orchestrator-related test execution issues.

Track automation stability (flaky tests, maintenance overhead) as a delivery KPI.

COMMERCIAL & PRESALES-ADJACENT CONTRIBUTION

Support effort estimation, staffing pyramids, and pricing inputs for renewals/expansions.

Identify upsell opportunities — e.g. extending from Test Manager to full Test Suite, or into Process/Task Mining.

Contribute case studies and reusable accelerators back to the practice/COE.

REPORTING & METRICS

Publish weekly/monthly dashboards: automation coverage, defects found vs. leaked, cycle time reduction, ROI.

Track SLA/KPI performance under managed-services engagements.

Prepare steering decks for CXO-level reviews.

TYPICAL FRICTION POINTS

Time zone overlap management across onshore-offshore handoffs.

Environment/license access delays (Orchestrator, test data).

Balancing manual test migration effort against new automation build.

Change management with QA teams resistant to an automation-first approach.

What we offer:

Opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation and AI programs across global enterprises

A highly collaborative environment with strong engineering and consulting teams

Continuous learning, certifications, and technical enablement

Growth opportunities into solution architecture, tech leadership, or practice leadership roles
