D2C Business Operations Manager CEE (m/f/d)
As the Manager, Business Operations CE & EE at SharkNinja, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business in Central and Eastern Europe, based in Frankfurt, Germany. Your focus will be on improving business performance across SharkNinja's owned eCommerce channels through data-driven decision making, commercial planning, operational optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with teams across eCommerce, CRM, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, and Commercial, you'll help identify growth opportunities, improve customer experience, optimise trading performance, and ensure the successful execution of key business initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and support the continued growth of SharkNinja's DTC business across the CE & EE region.
What You'll Do
Drive operational excellence across SharkNinja's DTC business in Central and Eastern Europe by identifying opportunities to improve performance, processes, and scalability.
Partner with regional eCommerce, CRM, Performance Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Analytics teams to support the delivery of commercial and operational objectives.
Own and maintain key DTC business reporting, performance dashboards, and trading metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Monitor and analyse website performance, conversion, customer behaviour, revenue, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly trading reviews, helping to identify risks, opportunities, and actions required to deliver business targets.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance across CE & EE markets.
Support promotional planning, product launches, seasonal events, and peak trading periods through effective operational coordination and execution.
Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to ensure product availability and inventory planning support DTC growth objectives.
Lead process improvement initiatives designed to streamline ways of working, improve reporting accuracy, and increase business efficiency.
Track and communicate progress against key business objectives, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of performance and priorities.
Work closely with local market teams to understand market-specific challenges and opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the regional DTC organisation.
What You'll Bring
Experience in Business Operations, eCommerce Operations, Commercial Operations, DTC, Strategy, Consulting, or a related business function.
Experience supporting or managing Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce businesses, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or high-growth brands.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence platforms.
Strong understanding of key eCommerce and DTC performance metrics, including conversion, traffic, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels.
Strong project management and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
