CRM Specialist – Lifecycle Marketing & Retention
About the Team:
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, growing CRM team that has real impact on business performance. You will be working alongside our CRM team, comprised of Sr Director of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Lead, and other CRM associates and coordinators. You will report directly to the Director of CRM. We are DO’ers! Every member of the CRM team embodies a strong bias toward action.
The role:
The CRM Specialist – Lifecycle Marketing & Retention will help support the CRM team to plan, implement, schedule, and execute timely email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messages to our Churned users, while collaborating with the CRM team on communication strategies, accurate execution of campaigns, and follow-up analysis.
Responsibilities:
Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications (both ad hoc and automated), and building of customer segments in our CRM platform (Braze) for Churned User efforts
Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and Roadmap.
Support upkeep of weekly performance reporting
Assist in cross-functional (engineering, product, data teams) communication between the CRM team and internal stakeholders/dependencies, including but not limited to:
writing briefs for emails, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages
collaboration with data/analytics team to classify/categorize campaigns for lifecycle dashboards/reports
coordinating copy and design work to ensure deadlines are met
collaborating with other internal teams to help support their initiatives
facilitate internal sign-off of communications from internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
4+ years of working experience in D2C email marketing
Experience with building and deploying emails from scratch
Experience working cross-functionally with creative partners (designers & copywriters)
Experience operating a CRM platform (i.e, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.io, etc.)
Very strong written and verbal skills in English
Attention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on often short deadlines
Preferred requirements:
Experience with Braze platform
Experience with SMS marketing in a D2C environment
General understanding of HTML
General understanding of personalization in CRM

Compensation
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Pay Range for this position
$95,000—$110,000 CAD
