About the Role

As a Creative Designer, you’ll develop compelling visual content that brings brand identities to life and supports client goals. You’ll join an innovative team delivering exceptional design experiences across digital, print, and AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine brand-aligned visual concepts across digital marketing assets, print collateral, and AI-driven platform interfaces

Create modern, engaging designs using Figma

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets and user experiences

Research design trends and emerging technologies to introduce fresh perspectives into creative work

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency

Participate actively in feedback sessions and adapt designs based on stakeholder input

Create assets that support digital marketing, social media, and web experiences

Present design concepts and rationale clearly to clients and internal teams

Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role

Strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused work across digital, print, social media, and web experiences

Proven proficiency with Figma

Strong conceptualization and ideation skills, with experience in modern web design

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and other core design principles

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Ability to present design rationale and communicate professionally with clients and team members

Curiosity about design innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning
