Immunome is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support the continued growth and evolution of our recruiting function. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide hands-on coordination support — ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a seamless, well-organized interview process for candidates and hiring teams alike. This is a dynamic, contract position suited for someone who enjoys both execution and innovation.

Responsibilities

Manage onsite and virtual interview scheduling for multiple roles and teams, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and logistical support.

Coordinate Kickoff, Debrief, and Offer Meetings.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of candidate and interview data within the ATS.

Coordinate candidate travel, expenses, and onboarding logistics as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

A minimum of 3 years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience is required; biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar industry experience preferred but not required.

Advanced ATS skills and proficiency in the Microsoft environment — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Lists, and Forms are essential. Greenhouse experience preferred.

Ability to come on-site up to 4-5 days a week, depending on on-site candidate support needs.

Knowledge and Skills

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
