Clinical Operations Associate
About the Role
Consult quality sits at the heart of patient retention and outcomes at Eucalyptus. As Clinical Operations Associate, you will own consult quality end-to-end within Medical Operations: coaching practitioners, running quality audits, managing performance, and building the infrastructure that ensures every patient receives an excellent clinical experience at scale. Working cross-functionally with clinical, operational and product teams, you'll identify opportunities, solve problems and implement improvements that drive better patient and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Own consult quality: run the full cycle of coaching, feedback, audit, reporting, and iteration across all practitioners and condition types
Scale coverage: grow quality programs across Eucalyptus
Drive practitioner performance: build and own the performance process, share quality data with practitioners, and run structured coaching cycles to lift performance to standard
Define and evolve quality metrics: ensure metrics are clear, simple and measurable and connect to real patient outcomes
Develop coaching content: create and refine materials across counselling categories including expectation setting, side effects, onboarding, and pricing
Report and surface insights: maintain audit cadence and deliver accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders
