About the Position:

Manages and structures the execution of partner and channel marketing initiatives across LATAM along with the LATAM Marketing Leadership: co-marketing campaigns, regional governance, operational visibility, and enablement support.

Responsibilities:

Drives partner adoption of our core messaging across the channel, expanding our coverage and presence while supporting partners' demand generation plans, both directly tied to the pace of our regional growth.

Leads joint plans and initiatives with priority partners and distributors across LATAM; owns the co-marketing plan and budget for key regional distributors and technology alliance partners.

Coordinates demand-generation campaigns with distributors and partners: online events, email/content campaigns, digital and social tactics, joint-branded content, and incentive programs.

Organizes priorities, agendas, and execution flows with the channel sales team.

Adapts global partner marketing programs and English-language communications for LATAM partners, balancing to-partner and through-partner campaign mix in support of channel business plans.

Organizes materials and workflows that improve partner activation capability.

Manages allocation and performance tracking of joint marketing/MDF funds and usage visibility.

Tracks and reports on campaign effectiveness and adoption using agreed metrics in Salesforce.

Collaborates with Sales, Sales Engineering (SE), and Channel team members, as well as peers across Marketing, to keep execution aligned across functions.

Partners with Natalia and the channel teams to help shape LATAM channel strategy and priorities.

Qualifications:

3-4 years in B2B, partner, or channel marketing, or co-marketing/partner-facing roles.

Prior exposure to technology, software, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity is a plus.

Advanced English required, plus Portuguese to work directly with Brazilian partners and distributors; Spanish native/fluent given the Colombia base.

Experience with co-branded campaigns, distributors, or regional partner routines; comfort reporting campaign effectiveness in Salesforce.

Education and Travel:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
