About the position:

We are looking for a Manager, Web & UX to join Netskope's Digital & Brand Studio to transform our digital footprint into a high-performance, conversion-driven revenue engine. The person in this role will own the global website vision, roadmap, and user experience, blending cutting-edge AI automation with modern web architecture to maximize pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B web strategy, keen sense of good UX design, a builder’s mentality, and a data-driven approach to continuous experimentation and optimization.

Responsibilities:

AI-Native Execution: This isn't a role for someone who's "curious about AI." You will actively embed AI tooling into every layer of web production from design ideas and image optimization to personalization, testing, content QA and web operations. You are expected to find the manual work and eliminate it.

LLM Visibility & Answer Engine Optimization: Build the site for how buyers actually research today. Structure content, schema, and information architecture so that Netskope gets cited -  not just ranked - in AI-generated answers across LLMs.

Demand Generation Engine: Spearhead the transition of our website from a simple digital footprint into a powerful, high-performance driver for pipeline growth. You understand that strategic content organization, conversion-centric user experience, and premium user experiences are essential revenue engines.

B2B Digital Experience: Own end-to-end UX for a complex, multi-audience B2B website. Define and own the website vision, roadmap, and prioritization framework aligned to company and go-to-market goals.

Experimentation Mindset: Build and scale a rigorous experimentation program to improve conversion.  Lead development of hypotheses, testing strategies, and measurement frameworks – forming hypotheses, running tests, and iterating fast.

CMS and Infrastructure Management: Drive the strategic roadmap and deployment of a composable or headless CMS. Collaborate closely with Legal and IT departments to implement critical web technologies, including site resiliency for business continuity, consent tracking, and AI assisted site search.

Design-to-Production Leadership: Work fluently in Figma - not as a handoff recipient, but as an active participant in the design process. Own the relationships, output quality, and delivery velocity of an external pool of UX designers and web developers. You've managed agency and contractor relationships before and you have experience juggling multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering quality digital experiences in a fast paced environment

Job Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS web strategy, management, or UX, with proven ownership of conversion-focused websites.

Digital Transformation: Proven track record leading major site redesigns, replatforming, or CMS migrations.

Modern CMS & Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with modern composable or headless CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow).

AI Integration: Fluent in leveraging AI tools to optimize web operations, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and speed up production workflows.

AEO / LLM Visibility: Solid understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (schema, entity-based content, crawlability) to drive visibility in AI search results (experience with tools like Profound is a plus).

Design & Dev Collaboration: Fluent in Figma for prototyping, annotating, and managing seamless design-to-development handoffs.

Testing & Analytics: Strong discipline in running structured A/B and multivariate testing programs, combined with fluency in analytics tools (GA4, Looker).

Leadership & Operations: Skilled in cross-functional marketing collaboration, agency/vendor management, budget forecasting, and building scalable component systems.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or communications-related field, or equivalent work experience.
