What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and scenarios using Calypso CATT

Build reusable test components and regression suites for Calypso implementations, enhancements, and upgrades

Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Calypso workflows

Review business and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases

Validate trade capture, lifecycle events, confirmations, settlements, accounting, reporting, and other relevant workflows

Prepare and manage test data, environments, and execution schedules

Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root-cause investigation

Document defects clearly and work with development and functional teams through resolution and retesting

Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and the reliability of regression testing

Support release-readiness activities and provide clear reporting on test execution, defects, risks, and outcomes

Collaborate directly with client stakeholders in an on-site and hybrid delivery environment

Contribute to testing standards, documentation, and continuous process improvement

What You Bring

Proven hands-on experience with Calypso CATT

Strong experience testing Calypso applications within a capital markets or financial-services environment

Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automated regression test suites

Good understanding of trade-processing workflows and the trade lifecycle

Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing

Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios

Experience investigating test failures and coordinating defect resolution

Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases

Familiarity with Linux or Unix environments and system log analysis

Experience with defect-management and test-management tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar platforms

Strong documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership

Availability to work full-time and attend the New York client site approximately 65% of the time

English level

Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $75–90/hr USD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location within the United States, and business needs.
