Perform process calibrations including pressure transmitters, transducers, manometers, ovens, furnaces, temperature controllers, freezers, pH and conductivity equipment, cleanrooms, cleanlines, refractometers, ultrasonic baths, packaging equipment and other process instrumentation.

Support gauging calibrations, including calipers, micrometers, pin, plug and thread gauges, drop gauges, overlay and TAPPI charts, CMM calibrations and air gauging systems.

Execute planned and reactive calibration activities in a safe, timely and compliant manner, minimizing disruption to production.

Promptly escalate calibration failures, technical issues and any risks to equipment availability.

Quality

Ensure calibration work orders, as-found/as-left results and associated records are completed accurately and on time within the calibration system and in accordance with site standards.

Follow approved procedures and Equipment Work Instructions (EWIs).

Escalate out-of-tolerance or failed calibrations in accordance with site procedures.

Support discrepancy investigations and ensure required actions are completed.

Complete all required training and maintain audit-ready calibration documentation.

Resource Management

Manage assigned daily calibration activities efficiently and complete work within agreed priorities and due dates.

Support other Calibration Technicians and participate in cross-training to improve flexibility and coverage across process and gauging activities.

Maintain and develop technical competence in process instrumentation, calibration standards, troubleshooting and site calibration procedures.

Support Functions

Support the creation, review and continuous improvement of Equipment Work Instructions (EWIs), calibration procedures, Calibration Record Forms (CRFs) and Calibration Data Forms (CDFs), where required.

Adhere to all site Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and the Life Without (LW) safety culture during all calibration activities.

Identify and support opportunities to improve calibration methods, workflow, equipment reliability, efficiency and compliance.

Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
