As a Business Process Analyst at Super, you will combine business analysis, process modelling, and emerging technology — including AI — to drive end-to-end business improvement across multiple functions and geographies. Bridging business and technology, you will leverage BPMN methodologies, process tools, and data insights to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

What the role involves

Analyse and document business requirements across multiple functions and geographies

Map and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards

Use BPM tools such as BusinessOptix or SAP Signavio to design, analyse, and optimise processes

Conduct as-is / to-be analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities

Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with technology and data-driven solutions

Support the identification and evaluation of AI-driven opportunities, including process automation, decision support, and predictive analytics

Facilitate workshops, process discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs

Define and track KPIs and process performance metrics

Maintain process documentation, governance standards, and repositories

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Process Improvement roles

Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement

Hands-on experience with process modelling using BPMN 2.0

Experience using BPM and process tools such as Signavio, BusinessOptix, or similar

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working across business and technology teams

Nice to have

Exposure to AI and Machine Learning use cases and projects

Experience with process automation, including RPA and workflow tools

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks

Understanding of data analysis, dashboards, or BI tools
