What You'll Do

Complete assessments and identify individualized treatment goals.

Create, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA treatment programs.

Provide ongoing clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other team members.

Review client data and adjust treatment strategies based on progress and clinical needs.

Provide caregiver training and support to help families carry skills into everyday life.

Collaborate with parents, schools, caregivers, and other professionals involved in each child's care.

Monitor treatment progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, BACB, and insurance standards.

Develop strong, positive relationships with clients, families, and your team.

What You Bring

Active BCBA certification.

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure.

Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

A genuine passion for helping children and supporting their families.
